H.E.L.P is on the way. Established in 2008, we provide clients with the necessary job placement assistance when faced with a challenging situation. From the moment the referral is performed, the individual will feel as such....an individual. Each case will be assessed on a one on one basis and time will be taken with each client to determine the appropriate job goals or computer training needed to provide quality services.

About the Instructor
Marcie Littlejohn received her Bachelor’s Degree from Franklin University in Health Services Administration in 2000. Upon graduation she began her career as a Recruiter in the medical field in 1999 for Acloche, d.b.a Academy Medical Services. In this capacity, she was responsible for marketing, sales and various Human Resources policies and procedures which set the foundation for her human resources background. Littlejohn began in the Vocational Rehabilitation capacity in 2003 as an Employment Specialist for Parman Group. Her vocational rehabilitation employers included Procura Management and Vocworks prior to going Independent in May 2008, working as a partner with Worklinx, LLC. Littlejohn developed H.E.L.P (Helping Enlighten Lives Professionally) in September 2008 which provides clients with one on one computer training as well as job placement assistance.
Her teaching experience dates back to 2004 where she began teaching Healthcare Office Training at The Ohio Institute of Health Careers. The courses included Microsoft Office Programs, Office Typing, Medical Manager, Medisoft, Medical Terminology, Medical Law & Ethics, Medical Transcription, Introduction Psychology, Medical Billing and Coding and Office Administrative Skills. Currently, she is an Instructor at Everest Institute teaching Medical Billing and Coding.Littlejohn has a strong passion for working with people and enjoys teaching as well as providing employment services. She has assisted companies with developing training materials for job placement clients as well as assisting with developing school curriculums. She has also successfully written a Job Seeking Skills Training manual to assist individuals with disabilities with obtaining employment. Littlejohn is viewed by her peers as a motivator and a leader. She enjoys speaking at public engagements as well as serving as needed in the community and plans to continue her career as an Employment Specialist and further develop training processes.
